Step 1 and 2 were successfully completed yesterday morning โœ… ๐Ÿ‘‡๐ŸผStep 1 get your gym gear on, step 2 take a photo ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผ At least I got as far as that! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Step 3 wasnโ€™t completed until about 8 hours later but I did finally make it to the gym and did a great legs and booty burner ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ 4x10 sumo deadlifts 4x6 of each bobbing squats (wide stance, normal, narrow, normal wide) 3x10 Banded RDL 3x15 Banded kickbacks 3x10 1 Leg hip thrusts 3x10 cable kickbacks - increase weight to failure on last set๐Ÿ’ฅ Happy Saturday ๐Ÿ’• #squats #glutes #shesquats
