Fantastic tasting menu by Chef Dennis on a snowy night. Amuse bouche of Tom Yam with coconut custard and shrimp. Plates after plates of delicious Asian bites until the big reveal of Vietnamese style fried sea bream on betel leaf and crispy pork belly with grainy mustard and green onion. Thought that was it but a lamb shank Indonesian style arrived after. Capped the evening with a Vietnamese coffee tiramisu for the birthday girl.
