Keto week one in the books! 👊🏻👏🏻Down 3.6 pounds my first week!! Carb cravings have been nuts. I'm proud of how much crap I've learned and cut out last week. Any tips on exercising and electrolyte balance? Feel free to share. I'm taking electrolytes but the muscle weakness and cramps during my first body pump class since keto kicked my butt. The cramps in my feet made it so I had to take my shoes off and I could barely stand. I know I'm in the beginning and my body is adjusting but Dang!!
