Sitting at 172 this morning hovering around 172-175 most days here. Getting stronger every week and feeling fucking great🙌🏼 honestly I prefer maintaining a slightly leaner physique, but when I maintained my “shredded” look for so long last year I had a really hard time progressing at anything. And I’m still lean enough to be comfortable where I’m at, don’t have to spend time doing cardio, I can’t enjoy what I eat, and most importantly enjoy my time in the gym🙏🏼
Calories aren’t as high as they have been in the past, but that’s because I’m doing no real specific cardio, making it a lot easier to progress and setting myself up for an easy cut any time I want to cut back✌🏼
